location: the hotel was close to the centre and veliko tarnovo, where 3 dish meals cost much less and restaurants bulgarian and italian. the staff seemed hospitable.

Everything was perfectly fine and suited our needs. There were central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room, truly enjoyed that. Hospitable staff and the location was picturesque.

Particularly nice breakfast, clean hotel, marvellous location in the traditional restaurant. Really kind staff, new-fashioned deluxe double room. Clean fully equipped bathroom. Location next to a beautifully designed and well-maintained garden as well as centre of the village of Arbanasi. Overall really nice stay for the whole 6 nights of our stay.

The rooms are new-fashioned and huge with garden, a "double bed ", as example. Very good staff and really make it a good place to stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near a bowling alley, Tsarevets Fortress, Veliko Turnovo. Free parking provided onsite. the rooms are well-appointed with a unique interior design.

Clean place with particularly nice views and stunning location in the center of Arbanashki. Tidy room and a private safe, central heating, and a work desk inside. - Great food at the traditional restaurant.

this was our second stay in arbanasi and arbanashki han hotelcomplex was just as impressive as the first time. the spacious and clean room, amazing spa facilities, and helpful staff exceeded our expectations. we even got a late checkout without any extra cost.

Coziest hotel ever! Super cozy rooms, always a pleasant and welcoming environment, it even had fireplaces in the reception and in the restaurant! the best part about this place is the lovely garden - a beautiful common grassy area/summer garden in the middle of the complex. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the relaxing vibes. the hotel restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast buffet was great, especially being able to enjoy it next to the playground. Our kids had a blast running around and playing on the swings and see-saw.

The spa room had some issues, with the saunas and jacuzzi not always functioning properly. the sauna was either too hot or too cold, and the hot bench was unexpectedly cold.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, set in a small park-like setting in a very quiet area. It was so relaxing to be surrounded by the lovely garden and terrace. The service was impeccable, with car hire, housekeeping, and laundry all taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the sitting area, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

The spa facilities were great, and the therapist was excellent. our experience at Arbanashki Han Hotelcomplex was magnificent.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were great. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Arbanasi.
